Starting in early 2022, we began our partnership with Iron Mountain Romania, quickly extending our collaboration globally after delivering impactful results. Our approach was centered around one key concept: authenticity. To capture the true spirit of Iron Mountain, we organized a full-day photo and video shoot, collecting 467 images and nearly seven hours of footage. These visuals became the foundation for all communications, shaping the brand’s internal and external presence.

We leveraged this authenticity across a range of impactful projects, such as creating a comprehensive “How to Guide for Hiring Managers” that turned a typical regulation document into an engaging, culturally aligned resource. We also conducted in-depth market research for key EMEA cities—Frankfurt, Berlin, and Slough—providing insights that informed strategic advertising campaigns and helped the brand connect with its target audience on a deeper level.
