As part of a strategic quarterly plan, we led two campaigns for Fortech: an external recruitment marketingcampaign and a special edition Refer a Friend program. By featuring real employees and aligning with the “Craft & Grow. Together” employer brand story, we boosted applications and referrals by 47%. Our multi-channel campaign ran across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, supported by high-impact offline activations.
