Launching the Employer Brand Impact Assessment
We recently launched The Employer Brand Assessment, a strategic tool crafted to offer leaders clarity into their employer brand impact, strengths and effectiveness while identifying key factors for improvement. Though not a substitute for in-depth analysis, it provides a valuable starting point for strategic planning by measuring six key areas of employer branding impact. These include talent market and employer brand visibility, differentiation in the market, employer brand consistency and resources, candidate and employee experience, reputation and advocacy and strategic alignment — assessing how well the employer brand integrates with an organisation’s strategic objectives.

The launch of this assessment was unveiled during the Undelucram.ro Top Employers Conference 2025, where around 400 leaders attended. The event showcased the remarkable achievements of employers in 2024, highlighting the initiatives that distinguished them in the eyes of both candidates and employees.
To mark this launch creatively, we crafted 400 hand-made "message in a bottle" gifts, which were included in the event gift bags. Each message was tied with a bold red in-brand ribbon that sealed the bottle while ensuring an easy release of the message. The message, carefully rolled onto a tiny sheet of paper, read:
